A small cottage known as "Garden Pavillion" was converted to Hotel Pradhan in the late 1970's by Mr. & Mrs D.B.Pradhan. What started out to be a quiet homely getaway for guests from India and Overseas is now a three storied part concrete and part wooden structure. The Hotel is conveniently located in the quiet residential area of Darjeeling Town yet only 5 minutes straight walk from the Mall or Chowrastha. An ideal place for families and individuals who want to relax and be far from the madding crowd. The unique feature of the Hotel is the spacious lobbies on all floors and a terrace garden with excellent view of surrounding hills, Mt. Kanchenjunga and the town where guests are not confined to just their rooms but can interact with other guests or just sit back relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. Our newly renovated large deluxe rooms on the top floor decorated with pine wood is warm and inviting and has one of the best views of Darjeeling town and Mt. Kunchenjunga.
